If you choose to purchase a knife of any kind from our company, you are testifying you are of legal age to possess this items under your states law. Keep in mind some states in the USA do not allow OTF's. If you choose to purchase a OTF from EveryDay Preppers and we realize it is being shipped to a state that does not allow OTF's we have the right to deny your sale / purchase and / or we have the right to charge you a  restocking fee of 10%+/- of the total charge.
