SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING:
When it comes to Tactical Gear items are normally shipped out within seven day from receipt of payment clearing when ever possible. Those items will be normally shipped USPS unless prior arrangements are made thru EveryDay Preppers Management.
With regards to OTF Knives, while we do keep inventory in stock, there will be times where we have to get it from our manufacture. Each OTF knife is handmade and assembled in Texas so we tell people up front that it normally takes seven to ten days from time funds are cleared but it could be as long as ten to fourteen days during
the case of a special order or holiday seasons.
Special orders and other custom features i.e. Cerakoting
and Laser etching may take longer.
Keep in mind we do make all types of customer order knives
and ship all over the continental USA each week.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Special Covid Notice
Due to the Potential Contamination risk during the Covid-19 Pandemic and the ensure the safety of our staff, all sales are final until further notice.
Effective 3/25/2020.
The above Covid Notice supersedes all return policies until further notice!
We do apologize for this inconvenience, but this is a medical safety and potential Covid-19 contamination issue and we appreciate your understanding.
If for whatever reason you have to return your item for factory defect please contact us directly via the email provided (EveryDayPreppersUSA@gmail.com).
With regards to other products we offer we will ask for a reason for the return and we do have the right to deny a refund just because of buyers remorse.
For General Returns just because you do not want your product any more, we normally do not issue Return Authorizations unless it is some unusual circumstance / emergency; in that case there is a restocking / handling fee, up to 25% of the product that could / will be issued for any product sold thru EveryDay Preppers. The fee will be determined at that time we receive the product in our hands and inspect for damage. You will also be responsible for all return shipping cost of all products along with tracking numbers that you will also be required to submit too us and refunds will not be issued until all products have been received and checked in thru our receiving departments and inspected for damage as stated above.
EDP has the right to deny full refunds of any products if any product is damaged during shipping no matter whom is at fault, so we encourage you to provide proper insurance if you have to return any item back to EDP.
EveryDay Preppers is an authorized dealer for CobraTec Knives LLC -Out The Front (OTF) Knives and under their guidance we have included a warranty card with every knife sold. You must have followed the instructions on the warranty card to be eligible for the warranty status. We have instructed everyone that purchases a CobraTec Knife of this requirement as well as a warranty card is handed to every person who receives a knife that states within the first 30 days of the sale you must go to www.Cobratecknives.com and go to the warranty section and register your name and our dealer number on their card provided to be eligible for the warranty status. Failure to follow these instruction could void your warranty with CobraTec Knives LLC. Please make sure if you have a warranty issue with CobraTec Knives, you contact them, not us.
OTF Warranty States:
The CobraTec warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase to verify ownership. To return a knife under warranty, you must have completed the warranty registration.
CobraTec warranty will not cover the following: Loss, damage caused by abuse, neglect, accidents, improper blade sharpening, disassembly, paint, or normal wear and tear.
